The rate for Individual Therapy and Walk and Talk sessions are $195 for 50min. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify. 

Second Line Wellness accepts e-transfers or cash. A receipt will be issued following payment. Direct billing is available for eligible clients (see Insurance).

Many health care plans DO cover my services. Clients are encouraged to check with their insurance provider about annual coverages for a Registered Social Worker. Direct billing can be done for select insurance companies including Blue Cross and Sun Life. Please ask me for further information.

Second Line Wellness has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged a $100 cancellation fee for any missed appointments.

Your privacy is very important to me. Everything discussed between a therapist and client during a session is kept confidential, including any information collected. 

Exceptions to this include:  

- Where there is a clear and imminent risk that you may cause bodily harm to yourself or others.

- Where there is reason to believe a child under the age of 18 is being abused (sexual, physical or emotional) or neglected.

- If a client's record is subpoenaed by court.

- If a client discloses that they or others were abused by a health professional
